Explorer error in TPS108.DLL

I am receiving the following error "Explorer has caused
an error in TPS108.DLL. Explorer will now close." when I
try to get into My Computer, Internet Explorer, etc. Can
someone tell me what is causing this & what the problem
is? Thanks.
