HELP... I get the following when going into IE6

I can't get into windows explorer or internet explorer now.
I am sending this from my old AOL account and funny thing,
the internet browser works here.

Itried re-installing IE6 but after restart I still can't
get into MY COMPUTER, windows explorer or IE.
