explorer crashes when opening documentum inbox

I have Documentum Desktop Client installed in version 4.3.2a and running it
on XP SP3 crashes when opening the Inbox from the left panel.

The error is registrered in the Application Events with description:
the application who caused the error is explorer.exe, version 6.0.2900.5634,
module that caused the error dcfolder.dll version 4.3.2.217, error index
0x0000ef3b.

I was running XP SP3 with explorer.exe built 6.0.2900.5512 and updated it to
6.0.2900.5634 according to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/955109.

Have you contacted EMC about a patch or checked for a version higher
than 4.3.2a? I came across a page that says development on DDC ends

Thanks for your answer. I know EMC is going to dismiss Desktop Client and we
are currently migrating the application to EMC WebTop, but my IT department
has delivered a few machines runnign XP SP3 and we are facing into this
problem while it works for XP SP2.
