Explorer/Aero bug

If you maximize windows (like IE or a folder like Documents), and you hover
your mouse over the red X button (or minimize/maximize button), hold it there
for a few seconds. Then move your mouse cursor to the content part of the
window. Sometimes, the button that you previously hovered over stays lit.
Is this a bug in Explorer or Aero?

I am kind of picky, I know...but if its a bug, it should be fixed, unless
Microsoft has already fixed it in post-beta2 builds.

I experienced this too. It also does this in WMP11 - even on Windows XP.

I get that too in any window that is maxed. Not something I'd care about
though.
