Explorer 7.0

I have recently downloaded Explorer 7.0 and my PC keeps hanging. I have tried
to use System Restore to undo the changes but there is an apparent error with
System Restore. Looking on the Error Log I note the following message:-

"The SAVRT service failed to start due to the following error: The specified
driver is invalid"

Any advice??

I would uninstall IE7 for now, at least. You can reinstall system restore,
usually from the files on your hard drive.
