The file named T2625.GHO is the file that contains the actual image backup.
Your system expects to find this file on the CD or Partition using the drive
letter 'R'.

Is R a valid drive or CD/DVD letter on your PC?

R:/ is a network drive and doesn't seem to be a valid drive that i can
access. I also reordered factory restore disks and the same result
occurs with errors mentioned. I tried to use the F10 and F1 key command
for bios to try and find a way to change the boot order and maybe
bypass R:/. Dunno if that would solve anything either though...

Any ideas here?

I tried this.... using the installation disks, I chose #2 for the A:/
prompt. The ghost program ran and i went into the S:/ drive since RL:/
(network drive) would not work. The S:/ drive showed the name of the pc
label. Opening the S:/ drive a ghost.exe file appeared and I began
loading from the image there. At the end of the image process I chose
Reset computer.

I got the window screens and began to set up the pages but then chose a
back option to shift to a previous window set up screen. The PC then
shut down and continued to reboot to a option screen for safe mode etc.
It wouldn't get me back to the windows set up screen again...

So, i'm redoing the process of ghost to win set up to see if it allows
me in.... all the way.

If you have friend who has Ghost version 10 which comes with either a
separate recovery CD (System Works) or the Ghost Install CD for stand alone
editions of Ghost, the newer version may be able to see your network drive
better.

As to if the newer version will work with a version 7 image backup I can't
say, I do know 10 will recognize version 9 image files.

I managed to upload the ghost image from the disk in local file
S:\T2625.GHO. The image begins uploading to the Partitioned Drive C:
and takes me through the windows xp set up screens all the way to the
finish. Once the PC rebooted it continually cycled through the
maintenance screen for safe mode and running windows notmally. It just
looped and listed that windows did not start normally due to a hardware
or software change... if not sure what caused this error choose run
windows normally etc etc....

eventually, i get to where the ghosterr.txt shows again after trying to
ghost upload again from the disk.

Oie.... maybe it's better to just buy the full win xp operating system
and upload passed all this?
