Since i upgrade my graphics card(GeForce4 MX 420) driver
from Windows update when i go to the control panel just
before it appears explorer.exe generates errors and can't
get in to the control panel.

Boot to Safe Mode, and remove the device, and restart, and see if it finds the newer
driver, when it adds the hardware gain.

Reinstall the driver for your card using the CD that came with the
graphics card.
