expandable areas

In Excel can I hide a certain number of rows but make them expandable, like
the menu system that is used on the left here? I keep track of tasks and
they are separated into weeks. Each week may have 30 rows and I would like
to collapse them into a single row and be able to easily expanf them back if
needed.

check out
data / group and outline

select the rows for the weeks under your first task and choose data / group
and outline / group
etc
