Expand IMAP Folders?

I have Outlook 2000 and recently switched to an IMAP server. When I start
Outlook, it shows the name of the server, but then I have to click the
little plus sign to expand the folders on the server.

I'd like to find a way to automatically expand the folders on the server
when I start Outlook. Is there a way to a create macro that will expand the
folers? If yes, can I have the macro run when I start Outlook? If yes, to
these, can someone point me in the right direction?
