"execution of the specified command has failed"?

When I re-boot my computer I receive around 40 windows
that all say:

"execution of the specified command has failed"

When I hit ctrl-alt-del and look in the task manager
unwise32.exe seems to be the culprit.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
 
Any more to that message? Does it point to a specific executable? Can
you attach a screen print (alt-prntscreen) of it for me in a reply?

Any Event Log entries around the same time?
