execute commands in defrag?

hi, i was wondering if anyone could help me or show some sample code to run
disk defrag and handle the error if theres less than 15% free space...ive
tried but i cant seem to get it to start to defragment....any help would be
great

assuming you know how to determine % free, you then only have to issue the
defrag command in run in DOS prompt. that works only if you are
administrator.
