Executables becoming PIFs

Problem here. I can't nail it down, but I'm having several programs that
when I double click either the LNK on my desktop or the main EXE file, I get
a small "DOS window" and the following message "ram is too big to fit in
memory". When I right click the EXE file and check the properties, instead
of the previous two or three tabs, I have 8 with all the old MS DOS property
tabs.... Any ideas?

Hi Matt,

Right-click on the direct access icons, choose properties,
compatibility mode tab. Check that 'run in compatibility mode for
Windows 95/98/Me' is not checked.

Good luck
