Hi, my sister has just had a professional photo shot, and they photographer
was put the pictures in to a slide show called current slideshow.exe . I
would like to know who can I extract the pictures so we can have them as
jpeg files. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What software did he use to make the slideshow? Also, each photo may
already be in JPEG format. If that is true, you should be able to
extract/copy/print them individually.

If this is an exe file only, you may not be able to do this. If the
slideshow is on a CD, insert the CD in the drive, open Windows Explorer and
browse the CD. If the picture files are contained in a separate folder with
a common file extension like .jpg, .tif, etc, you may be able to copy them
to another folder on the hard drive. If they are embedded in the exe file or
in a proprietary format, you may be out of luck.

The file may also simply be a winzip self extracting file too. In
that case all you would do is double click on it to extract them.
