Rob update

Within outlook I have three folders:
Mailbox - (me)
Outlook Today - [Personal Folder]
Public Folders

When I click on either Public Folders or Mailbox I get
told 'Unable to display the folder, the information store
could not be opened'

My Outlook today opens fine, I have the .pst file located
in C:/pst/RR.pst

I don't know what the informations store is, where it is
located, or anything. I can't send or recieve emails
because they normally go to the Mailbox - (me) then get
forwarded into my personal folder.

I hope that is a better explanation, any help would be
greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you're not connected to your Exchange Server. Are you?

If you can't open the Exchange mailbox in Outlook, you aren't connected.
Check the mail profile settings to make sure the server and mailbox name are
set up properly.
I don't know, how do I check that? I have access to the
server.
