I can log into my exchange server from my work network but the create new
message screen does not appear to work how do I make this window open to send

Has your work IT Dept. patched the Exchange Server to work with Vista?
If not, they need to do so.

You receive an error message when you try to perform any editing tasks,
or you must click to enable the compose frame in Outlook Web Access
(Exchange Server needs a patch for Vista workstations) -
