Exchange server 2003

Hi,

We currently are running Exchange Server 2003, with the latest updates.

Our OWA has been running fine until this afternoon. When logging on we have
to specify the DOMAIN NAME instead of just the userid and password.

If we just enter the userid and password the error is:

You could not be logged on to Outlook Web Access. Make sure your username
and password are correct, and then try again.

When specifying the DOMAIN NAME\User ID then it will log into outlook
successfully.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Oops, just realised i posted this into the incorrect discussion group.

Thanks for your help, i have had a look at that link, but we are not running
SBS.
