Exchange/Outlook 2003: Recurring appointments are getting deleted

One of our users is reporting that recurring appointments are getting
removed from his Outlook calendar without his being prompted. (after aprox
5sec, pop, avay...) He is stil the meeting organizer, on the meetigroom
calendar and other invited Attendees.

When invited, book meeting room, but NOT recurring, there is no problem...
Any ideas?

If you wonder...

Upg. to latest ServicePack on exchange server
Use the Outlook calendar with the problem, use find, and type some ting from
the recurring appontments, then ctrl+a and then delete the recurring.
The SP fix the problem for the future, but not clean wath had hapend
this is also work for the problem with duplicate on 01.01.1970 ex. and in to
the "newer ending"
