Exchange is connecting to POP3 accounts and downloading to server, but
clients are not receiving emails in Outlook. The only email that is getting
deleivered are the ones being sent inside the domain.

What might be the problem?

Can you see the mail if you look at OWA? If you can't, it isn't an Outlook
issue. If you're using the POP connector that comes with SBS, post over
to microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs. If you are using a different POP
connector, call them.

If you can see it with OWA, I'll be surprised. =)

I cannot see the emails in OWA. Not sure how to post over to
microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs.

Thanks for your help

Since you're also using the web based newsreader rather than outlook express
or other NNTP news reader, you might want to use

http://www.microsoft.com/communitie...t.aspx?dg=microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs

(or, look at the steps in http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/community/columns/newsgroups101.mspx
for how to set up OE to use the microsoft newsgroup server).
