hi I have a user that when they turn on the out of office message they are
not getting any emails. But if I log into the mailbox as the user and click
on find at the very top of the mailbox the folder it finds it on is the "top
information store" So then I have to move it into the inbox. The user
started to complaint that she is not getting any emails when her away
message is on but she is they are not visible in her outlook. Any ideas
will greatly be appreciated?

Kind regards,

Juan

Look for a rule that is moving the messages into her
top level folder. Could be in Rules Wizard or in her
Out of Office bottom window.
