Exchange 2003 - Public Folders

Hi,

How can I create Public Folders and view them in desktop Outlook?
Can they be accessed from OWA?

File | New | Folder

Whether they're visible in OWA to anyone other than yourself depends on the permissions you set on the folder's Properties dialog.
