exception access violation

when I run a game, it gets to the first gameplay loading sequence then
bottoms out to the tune of this message.

"The thread tried to read from or write to a virtual address for which it
does not have the approprite access"

I am the only admin on the pc so can some tell me whats going on and/or how
to fix this, please?

It's caused by a programming error in the game itself. Contact the game
makers or check on their website support section to see if the problem
has been reported and addressed, maybe they issued a patch to fix it.
