Excel2K Not Opening a Workbook

I have one Excel Workbook that fails to open.

If you double click on the file in Explorer, it opens
Excel but not the workbook. No error message is
displayed.

If you open Excel, File -> Open the workbook, it returns
to Excel without opening it, or displaying any message.

All other workbooks open fine.

The problem is with the workbook rather than Excel, as I
have taken a copy of the workbook on my own PC and it
does the same.

Any ideas what I can do to get this to open?

Windows -> Unhide...
