excel2K lost built in menus

[RAD]

I seem to have lost my built-in menu and can't get them back. The
dissappeared the other day. The tool bars are there, but no menus. How do
I reset the menus?

Rad,

I am guessing, but try Tools | Customize | Worksheet Menu Bar

and then hit the reset button.

If this doesn't work, someone else will jump in.
