Excel Workbook Opening Multiple Times??

I have an Excel Workbook that everytime I open it opens it four times with :1
:2 :3 and :4 at the end of each new window that it opens. Any idea why this
is and how do I make it stop?

It's been a while since I read a question like this.
I believe it goes like this,
In excel, go to the windows menu and select new window, close all the
extra workbooks, then save the workbook and then close it, open the
workbook again and see if it still happens.
