Excel icon in word document

I am writing some instructions on using excel spreadsheets for my school and
I want to put the excel icon in my word document to show the children what to
look for. How do I do this? Please help. Thanks
 
If you have a graphics app that can deal with .ico files (these do not
include MSPaint), you can convert the actual Excel icon (MSExcel.ico) into a
usable format. Otherwise, have a look at
http://images.google.com/images?hl=en&q=Excel+icon&btnG=Search+Images for
some possibilities.

Google image search for Office 2003 icons and you will have plenty to choose
from. Can I also recommend SnagIt from TechSmith for taking screen captures.
