Excel Freezes

Can anyone help me figure out what is causing Excel to freeze everytime I try
to Export spreadsheet data? The hourglass goes on and on until I do ctrl alt
delete and it tells me that Excel is not responding?

Just sharing a thought here. The indications may not really mean that Excel
has stopped responding. I would not overly rely on it. Try leaving Excel
alone to run whatever it is, over say: lunch time, or even overnight. You may
well be surprised that the job's ok and complete when you come back.
