Excel file takes forever opening

We have a form that we publish company wide, it has a
small macro in it, when they users is finished they email
it to us, when we try to open it, it takes forever to open
and the same for when we print. Can anyone explain why
this would happen?

Try deleting the following file (excel.xlb). Mine was
located in the Windows\Application Data\Micrisoft\Excel
folder. The file will regenerate itself upon your next
startup of Excel.
