Excel Driver

I'm gettting the following error when trying to load a
spreadsheet (from an XP machine) into a database:

[Microsoft][ODBC Excel Driver] System resource exceeded.
From Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers (0)

Does anyone have any ideas of what could be causing the
error or a solution to fix it?

How/where are you doing this? The Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC
is a depreciated component. Can you use the Microsoft OLE DB Provider
for Jet instead?
