EXCEL 97 crashes when opening Tools\Options menu on Network

We have installed Excel-97 on new XP Pro unit, running as
a client to NT small business server. When logging on to
the local machine, Excel works fine, but when logging onto
the Server, Excel works but crashes if you open the
Tools\Options menu.
