Excel Excel 2010 - How to change how an active cell is shown

Is there a way in excel 2010 to change how the active cell is shown. For instance it is currently a black line around the active cell. I would like the default changed to possibly a blue order - medium thickness. So it is obvious which cell I am currently in.
