excel 2007 configueres every time i start it

all office aplication do what they have to do, only excel configueres every
time i start it, quite annoying, tried to repair by means of install dvd,
with no result, don't have a clue how to proceed, thanks for any clue!

I had that problem. What I had found in my instance was that if you went
into a module (such as word, outlook, etc) from a previous version - it would
reconfigure. Once I stopped going into previous versions that resolved the
issue.
