then it just goes back to the login screen.
 
Please, stay in your original thread. Don't make people jump through hoops

Haven't the foggiest what "post below" refers to, and don't plan to look.

From the message you quote, sounds like root-cause problem is "MATT"
domain is unavailable. Consult with the person responsible for the domain.
