Where I could find a utility for using PQI INDUSTRIAL CF
as fixed disk???

Alex,

Please contact your manufacturer. They generally have utilities to work
directly with thier CF.

In the MSDN you can find an article called "Using Compact Flash
(CF)with the Enhanced Write Filter (EWF)" It tells everythig about the
EWF use in CF with just one partition. You won't need any special
application to prepare your flash.
