EWF RAM issue..

Can anyone help me out to solve my confusion FOR EWF RAM mode...

1) Is it neccessary to specify some value for "EWF Partition size in Kbytes"
in EWF Setting.
2) if yes then what is the minimum value one should specify to make EWF RAM
work properly.

FOR EWF DISK mode:
1) What is the minimum value one should specify for EWF Partition size in KB.

1."EWF Partition size in Kbytes" needs to be set to 0 for RAM overlay
2. for disk overlay "EWF Partition size in Kbytes" needs to be set to 64000.
That is the minimum.
