EWF overlay on a second HDD

I have a device with two disk drives. Drive 1 has XPe SP2, application,
data. Drive 2 has one partition with more data. Want the OS and data
on drive 1 and drive 2 with EWF. Is there a way to put the EWF overlay
on drive 2?
