EWF and XP Pro

The only feature of XPE we use is the EWF. XPE has made our life difficult
creating components, images, post build processes, etc for several products
that have hardware that changes very often. Does anyone know if EWF can be
legally used with XP Pro?

Thanks,

Unless you want all XP Pro functionality, there are quite a lot good sides of XPe vs XP Pro:
- possibly smaller footprint
- better perfomance (becuase of smaller footprint)
- no activation
- easier admin
- easier maintaince
- easier to do a sys.restore
- etc.

It cannot. But you should really ask MS Legal about this.
(techincally, as you probably already know, EWF can run on XP Pro)
