Everytime Vista boots up it shows USB Mass Storage Device

I "remove" it via the Safely Remove Hardware even though it's not
present. I then uninstall it from Device Manager. But every time I boot
up it comes back. Any suggestions?

It's likely a memory card reader, unless you disable or disconnect it, it
will keep reinstalling itself.
