Everything viewed is 90 degrees wrong

Hi Guys...
Everything I look at on monitor needs turning 90 degrees.
Easy one to fix I hope.

Just been trying IE 7 after downloading 5 mins ago when it went like this.

Help appreciated on what I do

Ok ... have got it
"graphic options".... "rotate"
Strange as to why it rotated anyway.

Press Ctrl/Alt and the Up-Cursor key.

This is a feature of your video card. To change it back, try Ctrl-Alt-Up
Arrow.
