Everything on my computer is Magnified!!

The picture on my computer looks like it has been magnified! the DPI is set
to normal and all the fonts and icons are supposed to be normal according to
the settings......... is my computer ruined?? after i erased some programs
that were usless all the magnified stuff happend!! please help some of my
computer programs wont work because the picture is magnified!!!!

Perhaps one of the useless programs was'nt?
What is shown in display settings, screen?
