Everything is gone?

I'm having a big problem...not my first with Windows mail. Started out this
morning. It told me I couldn't open a new e-mail message due to lack of space
or memory. This has happened before...there was always an update I'd download
to the program and the problem would go away. I can't find that update today
for some reason. And before I could even look, everything in my Windows Mail
has disappeared. And I mean EVERYTHING. All folders, all old, sent, trash,
etc...everything is gone. All I have is a thick light blue bar on the left
side, and the right side is white and blank. The options on top are "create
mail" and "send/receive" and that's all I've got. Everything seems to have
disappeared. I read some other posts and thought maybe the messages were
hidden, but that doesn't appear to be the problem. I need help...does anyone
have any ideas? This is for my work email, and I'm a bit lost without it!

Thanks!

An update to what program? Windows Mail has not had any updates.

That type of problem can be caused by interference from a non-
compatible antivirus program. Which antivirus are you running?

To be completely honest, I looked in my programs menu, and I don't see an
anti-virus installed?

Go to Control Panel, open the Security Center applet.
If there are no details shown under Malware Protection, click the
down arrow at the far right. It should then tell you which antivirus is
installed.
Also, from Control Panel, open Programs and Features. It will show
a list of all installed programs.
