If you are running WinXP, Everyone group has some special permissions
only on the root folder on the hard disk or partition. By default, it
is not listed in the ACL of any other folder or file. We are talking
about NTFS partitions, ofcourse.
%systemroot% is the folder in which your WinXP is installed, it would
be Windows or Winnt, since it is not a root folder, Everyone group is
not there by default.
