EventID 1103 TermServDevices

Hi all,

I have this error in system log :

EventId :1103
Source : TermServDevices
An internal communication error occurred. Redirected
printing will no longer function.

Data word: 0000: 00000003 00000376


My config :
Windows 2000 Server, SP4
Citrix XPa

Did you have any idea please ?
