Printing will stop working for a user logged in.

I am getting ths error msg in the event log everytime a user is not able to
print. this happens at least twice a day. The user has to log out and log
back in. Please help any sugestions would be helpful.

Error Message:
An internal communication error occurred. Redirected printing will no
longer function.
Event ID: 1103
Data: 0000: 00000035 000005d6
