event viewer log time changes after 4-4-04

Can anyone explain why all the times in the event viewer
log files would be changed one hour forward after 4-4-
04? The times before 4-4-04 are changed one hour forward
and I need to be able to explain why that has happened.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In some time zones, presumably also the one you're on, yesterday the
time was advanced one hour. I understand the hour change takes place
at 2 or 3 a.m.
