Event Viewer - Event ID 7023 - Freezing my PC for over 7 months - going insane

Okay - im losing the will to live
im based here in the UK, and im about to chuck my PC out the window!
have been on the phone to Microsoft in INDIA !! at their support call
centre
were very helpful, but still the PC is freezing after EVERYTHING they
have told me to do, have installled the hotfix for error 7023
my PC is still freezing 10 times per day, after about 20 minutes
i cant even use ctrl - alt and delete to get out of it
have to turn it on by the button
has been like this for over 7 months!!!!!!!!
i am connecting to the internet on AOL using their standard broadband
modem on a 2 meg connection
have done all the checks their end and my end, and its 100% fine
i keep getting this error in the EVENT VIEWER under rhe System section
it says ERROR - Event ID - 7023
Description:
The computer Browser Service terminated with the following error
The specified service does not exist as an installed device

PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD - CAN ANYONE HELP ?
THIS FREEZING IS THE MOST ANNOYING THING

i have updated everything on my system, latest drivers, updated BIOS
aswell

Computer freezing after a while? That's hardware. I assume you
changed the power supply and ruled out memory as the problem ? Even a
badly-mounted CPU heat sink does happen.
