event viewer errors

I have been getting these 2 event viewer errors:
The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load: Cdr4_xp
The InCD Helper service failed to start due to the following error: The
system cannot find the file specified.
I no longer have Roxio installed. I have queried around the net, but all
suggested solutions to date do not help.
Thanks.

Please list what you have tried to date!

my suggestion is to use msconfig and remove the check mark next to that
program.
