Event Viewer Error

Hi all!

Sorry my english. The Event Viewer of my server reports the
following message:

Source: W3SVC
Category: NONE
Event ID: 36

Description: The server failed to load application '/LM/W3SVC/1/ROOT'.
The server process could not be started because the configured
identity is incorrect. Check the username and password.'.

How can i solve this matter?
