Having error log entry after system change out

Yesterday I had to do a hardware changeout for @ my job.
It took several hours and plenty of printouts from MS
knowledge base to bring this DC back online (new
hardware). I keep getting this recurring error in my
eventlog. And cant seem to find a resolution:

Source : W3SVC
Catagory: None
Event ID: 36

The server failed to load
application '/LM/W3SVC/1/Root'. The error was 'No such
interface supported.

P.S. This is our Web/Exchange machine. I am also getting
exchange errors which I've found needs me to reregister
Exchange's namespace with (WMI),,,if this helps any..
