Can't seem to figure this one out

The server failed to load application '/LM/W3SVC/1/ROOT'. The error was 'No such interface supported" is the error message. It is Event ID 36. Looked it up on Microsoft support and is said to install a Crystal Reports 8 patch. Don't have Crystal Reports on the server but installed the patch anyway. No help.
