Event Viewer

Hi all!

Sorry my english. The Event Viewer of my server reports the
following message:

Source: DCOM
Category: NONE
Event ID: 10004

Description: DCOM got error "Overlapped I/O operation is in progress." and
was unable to logon. \IWAM_HLA1 in order to run the server:
{3D14228D-FBE1-11DO-995D-00C04FD919C1}

How can i solve this matter?

This can be caused by a discrepency in the password for the
IWAM_machinename user account in the SAM and the IIS metabase.
I haven't seen this happen myself, but I have read that it can be fixed by
deleting the IWAM_machinename user account and then restarting IIS. The
account will automatically created using the proper credentials.
